Happily Whole

Living well from the inside out

I am well in my soul....not always, but that's when I know I'm really living well;  when I'm Living well from the Inside Out.

It's here where I really live, where I breathe and believe in so much more than what I see. It's my soul's workshop filled with what I've come through, me in this moment and hints of where I'm headed in heart and soul.

A journal, really. The kind where I take ALL God's given me, form words and then give them away in little morsels from the seat of my soul to slowly sink into yours. It's the place I tinker and toy with life lessons, sharing hopes of peace and purpose. It's what I wish to wrap up as a gift for two girls who fill my heart with gratitude and gumption to live well each day!

I’ll be blessed to share a word once in a while that resonates with you! Now, pull up a chair and rest with me…..

A Happily Whole Body

A Happily Whole Body….

You won't find calorie counts, lists of forbidden foods or even pre-designed meal plans. Instead prepare to be encouraged to eat intuitively and embrace a peacefulness with real food that nurtures your body and your mind.

A Happily Whole Mind

Mind matters. Period. More specifically, mindfulness matters.

My in-a-nutshell meaning of mindfulness: ‘an awareness of the present moment without judgment or self-evaluation’. It’s developing the ability to bask in consciousness of this very time and space. It’s YOU right here, right now regardless of circumstance and situation.

A Happily Whole SPIRIT

Dare I define a happily whole spirit!? I think not. I only wish to ponder this and then allow you to craft your own soul’s sanctity with your Creator. Whether anything I say here rings relevance into your ears, I invite you to think deep about how ‘happily whole’ truly does start in your soul…….

Slow Starts & Savoring the Stops

Saved in the Setbacks!

It’s been a bit of a struggle lately. It’s a time of transition for me personally and professionally and little things that hold up the process keep popping up!  It’s frustrating when progress slows or stops because of mistakes, missteps or outside disturbances.

But, instead of sulking, if it’s okay with you, I’d like to offer a prayer of gratitude…a little sharing of thanks for what keeps me growing and giving effort in the face of exhaustion. Strangely enough, I feel an ironic appreciation for what holds me back.
