Fitness that feels GOOD, movement that feels refreshing. Like something more than just the grind. That’s what I’m talking about here, in ‘Feel Fit’. Our bodies were made to move but it’s so easy to sit the day away. Time goes on and tomorrows all become yesterdays, more yesterdays without feeling refreshingly fit in your blessed, one and only body.

This portion of the site is dedicated to your body’s strength, fitness and endurance. But also how fitness works hand in hand with the WHOLE you, how it fills something more than just a physical need. And how it can fit into your life wherever you are right now.

Sometimes we shy away from that which will make us stronger, don't we? It makes sense because anything meant to build strength within us, mind or body, first offers up a challenge. We have to work through tough stuff to gain strength! Very rarely can we gain character, meet a professional goal or even overcome a personal problem without coming flexing our emotional or physical muscles! 

Sometimes meeting our match means gaining strength, courage, endurance, even persisting patience. And, I'm sure we'd all welcome any of that!

And since this circuit is all about core and a touch of legs, but in a lengthening-strengthing kind of way, it's also a good one to do after a cardio/aerobic exercise.

I’m no militant trainer or boot camp style instructor. In fact, my heart and much of my personal workout time resides mindfully on my yoga mat.
